Spring Pear Salad
A fresh, crisp salad with just the right amount of sweetness! Perfect for summer time parties!Â
Ingredients for Dressing
- 1/3 cup blood orange oilÂ
- 1/4 cup cinnamon pear balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Stonewall Kitchen Maple Maine Champagne Mustard
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Ingredients for Salad
- 1 bag of spinach & arugula mix
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 cup feta or goat cheeseÂ
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, assemble your salad by adding spinach & arugula mix, sliced pears, thinly sliced red onions, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, and feta or goat cheese.Â
In a medium mixing bowl or a mason jar, add blood orange olive oil, cinnamon pear balsamic vinegar, Stonewall Kitchen Maple Maine Champagne Mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Put the lid on the mason jar, shake together, and pour over your salad.
